PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
Free shipping on all orders $8.00 and above.
Orders under $8.00 ship for a $2.99 flat rate.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to 27 countries via USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Countries we ship to: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after shipment. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after your confirmation email.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Mirajascend@outlook.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
